Encompass is used by the mortgage department. The customization of this system helps us to tailor to our specific needs and products.
- It's nice to have options when we have questions to be able to online chat or call a live person depending on the immediate need.
- Compliance is key in this industry and their compliance engine helps to keep our staff in line with updates on a national level.
- Construction lending is difficult at best with this system.
- We were able to move from paper files to completely paperless with minimal disruption and it is nice to be able to pull up a file and view the documents immediately.
