Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
Every department uses some factor of Encompass - from data entry to start a loan, to extracting data to create dashboards, reports, and financials.

Pros
- Encompass is extremely customizable.
- Very supportive with any issue that arises from data entry to system issues, to representative assistance. They are always there.
- Always striving to be better.
Cons
- E-disclosure system at times is clunky for admin use.
- E-sign portal still has issues.
- With customizing our Tolerance Cure tracking we were able to find where we were bleeding, create a fail safe and tracking and decreased our cures by 50% or more in just 2 months of tracking.
