Overall Satisfaction with Encompass from Ellie Mae
Encompass has been implemented as a one stop LOS for our consumer real estate department. We used to depend on four different programs to complete a loan, but are now able to use Encompass to complete all these tasks.
- Compliance reviews during the loan process to keep everything in line.
- Preliminary and closing documents to keep data accurate.
- Automatic email updates so that all parties involved in the transaction know what is going on.
- The program is very large and can take some time to learn.
- Some loan types are not fully supported and can be difficult to process because of this.
- It has enabled us to eliminate three other programs that were used for loan processing in the past.
