Overall Satisfaction with Engagedly

Engagedly is mostly used in my organization to conduct performance reviews quarterly and yearly. This is also used for posting praises for the associates, whether by management or colleagues, we are working with. Through Engagedly my organization also assigns courses based on the company's goal whether it may be in regard of our customer's privacy or workplace conduct.

Pros

  • Makes us understands goals which aligns with company's vision

Cons

  • If we have something due that needs action, Engagedly needs to notify me.
  • If their are some courses on improvement, Engagedly should suggest it
  • Should conduct surveys for which contains some information which can elevate the thinking of the person using it
  • No Negative Imapct
  • Positives impact it has done that it provided a platform for shout outs and praises
  • Through this we were able to know more about our associates and how they work
The reason I gave this rating as Engagedly shows us the tasks that are pending with the due date and also if the due date is nearing it sends us reminder emails to make sure we do not miss it. It is also helpful for new associates to know more about the organization hierarchy as documents are right shown on the home screen.

The thing Engagedly is well suited because it helps me see the previous performance review as and when needed so that I see my growth over time. The area of improvement I see is if Engagedly does any updates so that it can give us course recommendations for personal growth and development.
