Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Engagedly to manage corporate goals, review quarterly check-ins, and praise my colleagues. I have also used Engagedly to learn new skills for my role through course selection from my organization. The scope of my use case ranges from moderate to high usage throughout the year.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Managing tasks on a regular interval i.e. my quarterly tasks are easy to access and update
Goal setting and keeping track of said goals
Praising and interacting with others

Cons

The ease of access can be improved with the interface being more easy to use
The courses selection section can have a lot of added functionality
Goal setting could use a lot of elaborating features

Return on Investment

Employee management is really useful to keep track of teams of larger sizes
The sheer amount of features available or not easily accessible due to the UI lacking
Goal Tracking can use a little more elaboration

Usability

The amount of features available is a lot, but they are hard to navigate due to the UI not being on par with them. Still if used properly, Engagedly is useful to keep track of multiple individuals and their personal goals.

Alternatives Considered

Keka HR

Keka is nowhere close to being as useful as Engagely.
