Overall Satisfaction with Enterprise eTIME, by ADP

The main function of eTime for Stars and Strikes is time management as team members clock in and out through the site. Our managers use the schedule planner to input schedules. We love the blocking rules within the schedule planner that double-check child labor laws as well as company policies to make sure scheduling minors are inputted correctly. Reporting of labor is very helpful when we are finalizing out weekly reports as well.

We were having a lot of trouble with Paycom and the reporting within the platform. We escalated several tickets and were unsatisfied with the level of service we received. ADP better fits the day-to-day operations of our company.

ADP eTime is heads and shoulders better than the company we were using before switching. We have almost doubled in size since switching to eTime and I could not imagine being with our previous processing company with the number of team members we have now. Our eTime rep is amazing and makes any changes we need promptly.
