Informer is being used for data retrieval and as a reporting tool.
It is being used across the organization. It has been more user friendly than datatel to pull and use data.

- I can pull schedules to see how many people are registered for a particular group of classes.
- Use for retrieval of student GPA's in order to submit for scholarships.
- I am not sure at this time
- Has had better efficiency for end customer as well as being faster and able to adjust as needed without starting over.
- Love the ability to be able to share reports and not have to recreate!
Have only used Datatel and was not user friendly.
