Informer or Query Builder on Steroids!!!!!!

I was a supporter of the use of the Informer product even prior to purchase. I convinced my Executive Director that now since Informer will work against SQL databases, we purchased the product about 3 years ago. When we rolled it out the users were very impressed with the ease of use and ease of learning, has been dubbed 'Query Builder on Steroids'. Many of our prior QUERY reports are now processed thru Informer. We have had initial on-site training and also 2 follow-up on-site training for our users on a yearly basis. It has taken some of the burden off the ITR group for report creation, however we still lend a hand if the user does get stuck. Time saving and ease of reporting has been two of the highest ROI items for the product. We will be looking into the Dashboard functionality as we did a 30 day trail just recently. We will be getting more involved with the Dashboards this summer.
