Overall Satisfaction with Epicor ERP

Epicor has allowed us to track costs as they happen, schedule jobs, and get information with a click on anything input in the system.

Pros

Cons

  • Some of the logic on how things are calculated or updated
  • The SSRS reporting system
  • How each program or file interfaces within the system
  • Being able to track the costs of manufacturing - positive
  • Able to get financials faster - positive
  • Money management - positive
We use some of the reports and dashboards - but we have created our own dashboards/reports.
We have just started working with scheduling and customer relationship management is in the future.
We are using Epicor on the cloud and love that we don't have to maintain the hardware and the costs handling the updates (which are done automatically).
Epicor has helped us out, managing our shop and handling orders from customers (checking the status of those orders)
The support reps were very helpful in the training of Epicor when we started
  • The accounting, manufacturing, quoting, scheduling, quality, and sales [options] are suited for us.
  • The service option is not suited for us.
