Overall Satisfaction with eSign Genie
I use eSign Genie as a sales rep. When a client agrees to purchase our product, I send the order form over to them via eSign Genie to get their signature approval. This saves me from having to meet in person for a signature. Especially during the pandemic, meeting in person has been much harder.
- It's easy to upload the file and insert the fields that need approvals and signatures.
- I am able to add particular signer responsibilities or viewing capabilities.
- Appears to be easy for the end user to sign the document with little trouble.
- Able to send the document to the client via cell phone. They particularly like this function.
- I like being able to customize my message before the document gets sent to my client.
- It has been positive in that I am able to get signature approvals without having to meet in person. It's easier on me and easier on the client. And it's authentic, so I have the real details such as time-stamp, etc. I'm able to use this as proof of an agreement.
eSign Genie stacks up with Adobe Sign. I find that the functionality of eSign Genie is easier to navigate and I think the option to include a personal note or instruction. I'm not able to do that with Adobe Sign. The pricing is so much more reasonable for eSign Genie and I see no reason to go anywhere else.
