Everstage provides me with much-needed transparency into my commission, a clear breakdown of my attainment makes things easy to understand.

Pros

  • Tracking sales performance and identifying top performers is easy with Everstage.
  • Gamification is done very well within Everstage, as a rep I can predict my future earnings and this motivates me to push further.
  • I can raise any query from the platform and not contact the SalesOps team everytime there is any doubt or a dispute
  • Reporting has become much easier
  • Everstage has set up the process for commissions in place and the platform is flexible and more scalable than spreadsheets.
  • Higher level of Visibility into commissions
