- Kindly request you to add the incentive slab, also a calculator which will help to calculate the commission
- Also, you can show the top 3 commission earner's in the organizational level which will motivate others to try for the same.
- If there are any upcoming changes in the incentive slab, we can add a column which will explain the new incentive scheme
- It is helping me to consistently acheive my numbers to quality for incentives
- It is helping me to plan my month accordingly in terms of commission earnings
- Also overall teams acheivement is improved
