Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Currently using Everstage to monitor my incentives and my rank in the team in the month. It helps me to be self-motivated as i can push more to achieve more. Every month in sales what pushes me more is the incentives that we earn with revenue achievements, and knowing all the time were i stand and how much more i need to push to achieve my own set targets Everstage helps me to get there

For me it is well suited in managing sales team as the revenue and incentives team can see real time and also that can help them to motivate. The ranking system also help to create a challenge between team members which pushes them to achieve more revenue to be on the top , which eventually helps to grow revenue for the organization.
