Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Everstage has been a gamechanger from the time it has been Introduced in our company, the main highlighter would be the transparency that it has brought in the commission for the sales representatives. Your Incentive are no more a surprise at month end , every sale is accounted and is transparent. I personally like the statement feature where you can see past months incentives statements.

Pros

  • Transparency- All the sales orders and Incentives are transparent
  • Real -time update of Commissions from our CRM to Everstage
  • Leaderboard feature that helps to compete with teammates
  • Statement feature of past months Incentives

Cons

  • Save my login details instead of me logging in every time
  • looks of the website , maybe more colors
  • sometimes website doesn't load , that needs to be fixed
  • Motivation to perform better
  • Competing with peers and stand a winner
  • My Incentives have been increased
I was able to see my sales percentage and orders in my company but my commissions were never tracked , Everstage has solved big time in tracking the Incentives that I earn in Realtime which is a deal breaker for me , there was no way to track how others in my team were doing with their performance and everstage again came as a problem solver with this

First would be Transparency which was lacking in my organization which Everstage has solved big time, sometimes my order had been assigned to someone else and I wouldn't know about it , now with Everstage I don't have to worry about that. second would be the display of Realtime earnings I can see in the portal. Third would be the leaderboard option where I can see my peers performance in Realtime, It is not a secret anymore
