Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

It's an easy-to-use software for keeping track of our incentives and payouts summary. It helps us to get motivation with the help of predictive graphs to make extra bucks and reach the goal. Overall organization wise it has acted be a good motivator when you work in sales and money is what matters the most to have clarity.

Pros

  • It shows the cmpetetion your are in along with your peers

Cons

  • Some times data of previous months doesn't reflect
  • If we can add the amount of miney made and lost overall working will be also great
  • Reminder notification daily before logging out would be also great
  • I don't know

When it comes to the sales industry Everstage plays a significant role in giving clarity and updates to the employees regarding the amount of money they are making which also gives a clear vision to reach the desired goals. Also, scenarios now like when our incentive structure has changed, for eg the monthly incentives are now divided with 15-15 days where calculating the matrix becomes difficult but overdate gives proper figures on the basis of your performance.
