Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
It is being used as a CRM to track voter data, volunteer data, and donor data. It addresses our need to contact voters, volunteers, and donors by facilitating phone banks and list-pulling for broadcast emails, mailings, etc. It also helps us pull strategic lists for voter contact using the scores provided.
- Relatively user friendly.
- Doesn't require any software or hardware -- is accessed via internet and all data is stored in the cloud.
- Offers multiple user access levels, making it accessible to volunteers.
- Very slow to implement user feedback or make changes.
- Has a monopoly on the democratic campaign space resulting in lack of innovation.
- Lacks robust public-facing support resources, routes almost all support needs through client teams.
- Improved information sharing across organization.
- Created volunteer opportunities.
- Is familiar to many staff/potential staff.
It has made our organization better by serving as a centralized hub for donor, volunteer, and voter data.

In the advocacy space, it is the best option because of integration with the voter file. We didn't feel like we really had an alternative.
