Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Across the whole organization.

Pros

  • It covers a wide range of connections with the public.

Cons

  • It is clunky for working with donors.
  • It is good at unified engagement.
As a new user, I received little instruction.
Slow answering questions.
It has been useful in digital marketing. I would not choose it for fundraising.

It deals with actions taking by the public through gifts made. It is clunky when recording info about donors, making it easy to make mistakes in communicating with donors.
