Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
All 100+ of our staff have EveryAction accounts on at least 1 of our 4 committees. We use it to track membership and activity across our local chapters throughout the country. Each chapter with a data lead can request a committee under our National account so we can share contacts in their area with them. We have about 50 committees and hundreds of users.
- Mass email targeting.
- Finding out who our most active members are.
- Tracking success of programs and campaigns.
Getting our pipeline took 3x longer than promised and we kept getting charged more each time the engineers took longer. We also just realized another one of our syncs is missing 2 tables we paid for months ago. Customer service for syncs is terrible.
There are a couple of bugs here and there and it goes out sometimes but it usually works for someone on the team so our things keep running.
We've had to buy 3rd party software for each of these to supplement EA. We use google analytics, BLINK, Peak Metrics, and have someone contracted to keep track of emails because of how lacking the available reports and warehouse data is. I want to see what list I sent an email to and who sent the email and what campaign it was for.
Do you think EveryAction delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with EveryAction's feature set?
Did EveryAction live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of EveryAction go as expected?
Would you buy EveryAction again?
EA is good for keeping track of individuals and their individual actions. We want to track individuals and groups of people, this is really hard to do. Organizations are treated as contacts and it's hard to create relationships.
