Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Development + Digital


Across the whole organization for online actions, petitions, emails, forms and more. This software allows us to combine the majority of our advocacy tools into one platform with powerful analytics allowing us to make targetted, smart approaches to advocacy and advance clean energy priorities at the state and local levels.

Pros

  • Targeted actions
  • Drag and drop editor for emails

Cons

  • Some different views to examine audience at different engagement levels. Some more visual tools on engagement levels and the 'shape' of our audience in terms of opens, engagement, actions, etc.
  • Allowed easy metrics reporting for funding, unified engagement of advocates, and easy to learn.
