Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Use it to enter gifts that come in. Look up members and provide status.

Pros

  • Tracking of gifts
  • Reporting
  • Easy to move over to excel

Cons

  • Changing donations into another record. Unfortunately we sometimes need to move a donation to another member and can't without deleting and re-entering.
  • Reports could be easier to build.
  • Improved fundraising
  • The ability to request more than one product per purchase would help
EveryAction was helpful and made the transition quick.
Our questions are answered in a timely manner.
We have been able to use EveryAction in digital fundraising and it worked well.
