Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use EA to track donors and prospective donors as well as large grants given. We also use it to track our organizing efforts and actionable items that staff does with support/hourly staff.

Pros

  • Reminder/to-do lists.
  • Reporting options.
  • Intuitive to use.

Cons

  • No training. I am just learning as I go.
  • Too many reports to streamline. Suppose you could narrow down the options.
  • Good for tracking grants.
  • Time saved on weekly reports being scheduled.
For grant tracking, it was a simple process. Being able to create codes makes it easier.
Always available during work hours.
Yes, we use it to track the organization and goals of employees.

I have not.
The system is only as good as the employees enter details and if done correctly. Reporting is overwhelming to decide what to pull and when/how.
