Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP
We use F5 BIG-IP as the adc for our critical business applications and also to provide gslb service
Pros
- The user interface ergonomics are amazing
- The tmsh shell is easy to use
- Changes to configurations can be made with confidence
- Core capabilities are reliable
Cons
- There is ample room for improvement in observability and reporting
- I wish that there was an opportunity to use SAML auth for login to the config utility
Cost, overall performance, and reliability. Also, the ability to create iRules.
