Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

In our organization, We use F5 BIG-IP on i5800 series appliances for load balancing our company's applications. The F5 BIG-IP platform provides us with the flexibility and security that we need for our customers to use our products seamlessly and efficiently.

Cons

  • Load balance based on custom configs
  • Centralize management of appliances
  • Migrate/Copy configs between appliances
  • Licensing is costly for features we do not use
  • Appliances last a long time and are very well supported
I gave F5 BIG-IP this usability rating because, in my experience, it is Easy to get used to GUI (graphical user interface)
