Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

When customers access services, they go through the loa balance. Depending on the loads, depending on the time of day, depending on how much traffic hits a particular instance. We use it all the time.

Pros

  • Our business as our customers rely on us to provide stable, reliable, timely services and using the local lanza is useful in that customers can always find our services to be available and on demand.

Cons

  • I can't think of any room for improvement from the top of my head. The fact that it's been with us for so long should tell you that it's a reliable and a robust product.
  • Again, services, service, availability on demand, availability of services for our customers. Yeah, I'd say that. Overall Very positive.
It's a robust product. We're still using it for the past 10 years, as I said, so it certainly meets our requirements.
The ACE with Child Ace as well as a low balancer, but big IP tends to work better.
