Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM)

Our company is using more than at least 50 F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager in our environment. The F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager are used for doing load balancing, traffic redirecting, SNI modification, reverse proxying and etc. F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager is doing extremely well on load balancing, SNI modification and traffic redirecting.

  • Help monitoring. special on application slowness. If F5 can provide more details it will be great.

F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager is a very good product. It is used in our company widely. So far we are very happy with the product. Esspecially on the load balancing and TLS encryption and Traffic redirecting based on HTTP path and http query. iRules is very easy to use as well.

F5 is doing its specialized function. There is no other product that can beat them. We are extremely happy with the product. Especially on load balancing, traffic redirecting TLS encryption, and SNI modification. We will continue to explore F5's product, especially on the public cloud side. e.g. NGINX.

In our company, we use F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager on traffic redirecting based on HTTP path, HTTP query string. this function is very well helped us on APIGEE connection. At the same time load balancing is very well done. SSL encryption is also providing the good solution. especially on mutual TLS connection.
