Overall Satisfaction with Facebook for Business

It's used across the whole organization on a variety of small and big clients. Depending on what budgets our clients have available, we're using Facebook on a monthly basis. It helps new businesses reach wider audiences and get exposure. Increasing website traffic and specifically, sales have been very successful with Facebook advertising. The constant optimization of the platform, as well as all new features, launched help us deliver better content and get most relevant users to see our ads.
  • It gives many options when setting up a campaign to narrow down the targeted audience.
  • Offers many different ad types from a single image to carousels, which makes it suitable for different advertising purposes.
  • Creating a Facebook editor platform, which is downloadable and being able to upload things in bulk would be amazing and would save a lot of time.
  • Offering more performance analysis options on the dashboard.
  • Overall it had a positive impact on the business, but of course when expectations were not set too high in comparison with what the platform usually offers.
Facebook is the better solution when it comes to social media advertising in many occasions. Its platform allows much wider criteria than any other social media channel.
Well suited for not so well known or new businesses, to get some more brand awareness and evaluate which audiences are the best for them to target. On the other hand, it's not as good when the budgets available are low, because advertising on Facebook is relatively expensive.
