Overall Satisfaction with FactSet Workstation

FactSet is a great one-stop application to use for market data, news, research, modeling, and alerts. During the quarterly earnings reporting season, it is a very valuable tool to stay organized and stay informed when multiple companies are reporting earnings on the same day and I need to stay focused on changes that impact investment decision making. It is also a very user-friendly interface whether working at my desktop, a notebook, tablet or my mobile phone.

It does everything I need. It is pretty user friendly and easy to work with whatever technology interface I am using (desk top, notebook, tablet, or mobile phone). I am able to get work done whether I am in the office, at home, or traveling. The user up time is very good. They are rarely doing maintenance when I need to use the platform.
FactSet has a much more robust platform with better excel integration. I used Eikon for many years. Once Thomson Reuters sold it to LSEG, the service went downhill. I am happy I made the switch to FactSet

As an equity focused investment manager, it is a great all-in-one platform to work from. It solves all our needs for data and Excel integration, modeling, news, market research, economic research and other investment research work. If you are a day trader, its maybe not as useful, but for a manager with normal turnover, it works great
