We use Figma to design prototypes of our web flows and manage our design systems.

We've used it to design website flows and test prototypes internally with our teams and then collaborate on iterations.

For our design systems we share this with developers and they can pull directly from it, speeding up our processes.

Alternatives Considered

Axure RP

We still use Axure for rich prototyping as it allows complex logic and states that are tricky to implement in Figma. Figma beats Axure as it is a great for collaboration across large teams of designs and developers. Reviews are quick and FigJam boards have a great 'follow' feature for presentations.

Figma is create for designing design systems, collaborating on the possible variations, and deploying them to the team.

It is great for coming up with designs quickly with basic prototypes. However, if you need a rich, logic based prototype, then it's not the best tool for it as the logic functionality has only recently been implemented and is still in its infancy.
