Overall Satisfaction with Filevine

Filevine is our client management software. It allows us to track the current case status of each of our client's cases, from inception to conclusion. It is a highly customizable software that allows users to tailor it to their own legal practices.

  • On occasion, the software will lag significantly, or go out of service altogether.

  • Can be accessed on my iPhone.

Filevine is much easier to learn and use, the user interface is more appealing (with bigger fonts and easy-to-understand icons), and its customization feature is easier to use and understand.

Filevine is well suited for personal injury cases, whether the case is pre-litigation or in litigation. Filevine can also be used on an iPhone as an app, whether the user interface is exactly the same as on the computer. This allows ease of access to client information on the go.
