Overall Satisfaction with Financial Edge NXT
Financial Edge is our primary financial and accounting software and is used for all financial management, accounting, and reporting.
- Very intuitive.
- Great flexibility allowed us to tailor the system to our accounting structure and reporting needs.
- Balckbaud Support is very knowledgeable and curteous. They have helped time and again when needed.
- I had some challenges producing AR aging reports when Financial Edge was tied to Raiser's Edge.
- Financial Edge NXT has allowed me to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary steps resulting in better staff utilization.
- Reporting has allowed management to make more informed decisions and has eased measurement of progress.
- Integration with other systems and the anscillary product is seamless and allows for quick dissemination and use of information by key managers.
We were using QuickBooks prior to Financial Edge and they do not compare in the least. QuickBooks does not have the capability or the scalability that we needed in order to prepare our organization for growth. Financial Edge allowed us the freedom to grow without increasing the burden to accommodate new lines of business.
