Overall Satisfaction with Flockjay

We have used Flockjay to share our sales meetings and negotiation calls. We had a lot of problems setting up time to teach new sales reps and ramp them up. This has helped new reps learn and grow from our calls and we could also set up some coaching tasks which enables us to train them with ease and kind off sets a schedule for it. I was content when I was using Flockjay.

Pros

  • Sales recordings
  • Scheduling coaching
  • Setting up tasks for new reps
  • Helping in the ramping of new AE's

Cons

  • Integrations with CRM platforms
  • streamlining coaching tactics
  • Share negotiation calls with ease
  • ramp new sales reps
  • It has helped us in training new account executives with ease.
  • I has ramped up the sales training cycle from 2 months to 3 weeks.
It has an amazing UI. Also with a easy learning curve, it is pretty easy to understand and use. It took us a week to get used to the platform as such. I love how easy it is to streamline your tasks.
The best way to utilise Flockjay would be to first set up a schedule for training new sales reps. I would recommend starting off with product training ensuring that they are comfortable with the product. Share the product videos along with tasks for them to complete. Then we continue with enabling their sales conversations and help them in negotiations and answers to typical blocks they might face.
