Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
I love FloQast and it is easy to use. I use it to track my weekly tasks and month end close. FloQast's auto reconciliation helps me on the close and notify me when the balance is off. It ensures compliance, timely reconciliations, and an easy-to-use file management system that syncs automatically. I like this paperless tool to organize all month-end documents and it also let's us know if we've missed a deadline.
Pros
- FloQast provides an excellent checklist module for enhancing the month-end-close
- FloQast provides spaced-out rows detailing each assignment and the sign-off button
- FloQast has made it easy and efficient to close the keep the closing of book on track
Cons
- FloQast system can be quite rigid and slow sometimes
- The notifications could be a little more encouraging rather than sounding like you missed something. Wording on the notifications can be more friendly instead using Oops!
- The notification email can also just include those past due tasks and not the ones due on the notification date.
- Establish a standard process for month to month process
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of my month end close. The due date was reduced by 2 business days
- Fully compatible with NetSuite in real time and easily configurable by the accounting team
