FloQast is the best financial close management software!

We use FloQast for many of our processes in finance and accounting include billing operatinos, month-end close and reporting. We are currently looking to expand to other workflows including payroll processing, sales & use tax, and FP&A. FloQast has helped us decrease our month-end close by 14 days on average. Connecting FloQast to our ERP system has allowed us to easily maintain our checklists and reconcile our backup to our ERP system quickly and efficiently. FloQast ReMind has automated our communication with departments and outside parties for information we regularly request and has reduced time spend manually requesting information. Checklists in billing operations has decreased our error rate significantly and helped decrease our billing cycle by 7 days.

FloQast Ops workflows have helped standardize and improve the time to complete in several processes, most especially our billing cycles. ReMind has helped us automate our retrieval of information form both internal departments and external parties giving us extra time to do more important activities. Auto-Rec has helped decrease time spent on our prepaids/amortization, as well as helped with some large reconciliations of accounts. Overall we have really enjoyed using the automation tools from FloQast and are looking to implement their Flux Analysis tool in the coming months.

The PBC support has been easy to provide to our auditors as well as the internal controls over our closing process. We are looking to further use FloQast for supporting documentation such as non-recurring journal entry back up and a few other tools. We are hoping this will provide even further time saving changes.
