Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use FloQast for our month close reconciliations and checklist. We are implementing it across our operating companies as well for them to use. It syncs with our ERP system and brings in the balances real time which then doesn't allow sign off on recs until the rec matches the balances (within a certain threshold we can set)
Pros
- Real time sync with ERP
- easy navigation on system
- emails/alerts when balances don't match after sign offs
Cons
- easier way to edit checklist in mass
- efficiency
- month close accuracy with recs
interested to use flux analysis but haven't used yet
haven' used yet but with over 80+ operating companies, this will save us a lot of time at year end for audit prep
that was all manual, this keeps things in one central place and automatically syncs with our ERP
