Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
We use FloQast for monthly closing activities tracking and accounts reconciliations. FloQast sync to our accounting system, making it easy to track reconciliations status. Since using the FloQast, there is no more need to manually update TB in recon workpaper when balance changed during reconciliation process, which makes it more efficient for closing activities.
Pros
- Auto update account balance since it is Sync to accounting system
- Dashboard in homepage helps to get high level of closing progress
- Filters help to check for accounts quickly
- AI technology applied in Flux Analysis
Cons
- Sync to accounting system sometimes take more time than expected
- YoY Flux Analysis seems don't have AI applied and still need staff to do more detailed analysis
- FloQast wont identify accounts missed out and need manual setup amendment to add those missed
- Streamlines closing workflow
- Better visibility across region for closing progress
- Better team collaboration to access the same platform to perform closing activities
Reconciliation Management makes it easy to track all accounts reconciliations, it auto sync to accounting system and update balance accordingly. it greatly reduced time to manual update TB balance during reconciliation process. It provides clear category for accounts and filtering make it quick to just check accounts in interest for further investigation.
We don't use FloQast audit readiness tools. Mainly use Reconciliation Management tool currently.
