Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
FQ is our home base for the month-end. I mostly live in Close for AP and payroll. We run simple checklists that roll forward each period; every step has an owner, reviewer, and due date.
AP various bank recs, aging tie-outs, prepaids/expense amortization.
Payroll, payroll clearing recs, JEs, benefits, and related accruals and fluxes. FQ gets rid of a lot of the email shuffle, one dashboard, clear ownership, repeatable steps, and a clean audit trail. Reviews are faster, reconciliations are cleaner and variance notes don’t get lost.
