Overall Satisfaction with Flow
We use Flow as a project management system to organize and oversee all the task our company is currently working on. We have multiple projects going on at the same time, with employees not only US based but worldwide. Flow allows us to quickly and easily assign and view tasks to get the job done. Our tasks have multiple steps which include design, internal review, client review and delivery updates. Flow's UI allows us to assign and organize tasks without any issues. We've been working with Flow for many years now and have been able to get in contact with their team to implement design choices and updates that would benefit not only our company but I'm sure many others.

- Would be nice to be able to attach all media types to assignments
- Sometimes glitchy when implementing new features
- Notifications. You can set up desktop app notifications and email notifications so you always know whats going on
- Ease of use. Over the years we have had a steady increase in employees and no one has had any issues using and getting used to Flow.
- Organization. Filter by client, projects, due time, assigned tasks or by employee
- Delegate tasks easily and quickly
- @tag employees for quick notifications. No one can say they didnt see your task
- Negative- mobile app is garbage and would not recommend trying to work from it
