Overall Satisfaction with Flow

We use Flow as a project management system to organize and oversee all the task our company is currently working on. We have multiple projects going on at the same time, with employees not only US based but worldwide. Flow allows us to quickly and easily assign and view tasks to get the job done. Our tasks have multiple steps which include design, internal review, client review and delivery updates. Flow's UI allows us to assign and organize tasks without any issues. We've been working with Flow for many years now and have been able to get in contact with their team to implement design choices and updates that would benefit not only our company but I'm sure many others.
  • Project management
  • User support
  • Organization
  • Ease of use/setup
  • Web and desktop app are great
  • Mobile app is garbage
  • Would be nice to be able to attach all media types to assignments
  • Sometimes glitchy when implementing new features
  • Notifications. You can set up desktop app notifications and email notifications so you always know whats going on
  • Ease of use. Over the years we have had a steady increase in employees and no one has had any issues using and getting used to Flow.
  • Organization. Filter by client, projects, due time, assigned tasks or by employee
  • Delegate tasks easily and quickly
  • @tag employees for quick notifications. No one can say they didnt see your task
  • Negative- mobile app is garbage and would not recommend trying to work from it

Do you think Flow delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Flow's feature set?

Did Flow live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Flow go as expected?

Would you buy Flow again?

If you are used to using apps such as Slack, Box or Harvest, you will have an easy time getting use to Flow's UI. Drag and drop features, messaging between users, @tagging for notifications that alert you not only on your desktop but your as well email are particularly useful. If you need projects done fast and easily between multiple teams this is a great application for your business.

A particular scenario where Flow is NOT suitable would be if you are used to working soley from your phone. Flows mobile app is slow, not user friendly at all and hard to navigate. Also, you cannot use a mobile site because it directs you to using the app. This IMO is a great desktop project manager, but NOT mobile.
