Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Forcepoint Web Security Suite is used to control access for our users to avoid access to personal storage and email in order to prevent sensitive data from being leaked outside of the organization along with blocking malicious websites. We have also deployed the endpoint solution on company laptops so they are protected outside of our organization as well.

Upgrade process
Support is sometimes slow to respond
The complexity of the configurations

Return on Investment

+ ROI with Forcepoint overall is worth the cost especially if doing a multi-year subscription
- Hardware support is separate from software which can get a little frustrating if not managed well
+ Once configured, it is very easy to manage devices and make changes
