I work in Non profit organization where we have to collect data from various sectors in form of surveys, newsletters, communication. This tool is integrated with Salesforce, hence it seamlessly pushes form data into Salesforce, reducing duplication and errors.

Challenges in mapping with a formula, lookup field from Salesforce if the connection is not bi- directional.
Case Management should be improved.
More technical support from the team is required.
Service console template should be created to track all open items and the status of multiple cases.

Usability

I like FormAssembly, it helps in creating magic while creating new forms based on business requirements. It can perform a few things beyond stakeholders' imagination.

Alternatives Considered

Google Forms

I do not find much flexibility with advanced conditional/logic, customization, workflow, mapping, file, images, and doc upload.

FormAssembly is good to roll out survey and store the data both in FA & Salesforce. Although there are some limitations with the platform integration with Box & Google Drive.
