Overall Satisfaction with Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge)
Formstack Documents is an essential component of our overall business practices. It is used to easily and quickly generate financing proposals, and integrates seamlessly with our existing software. Formstack Documents saves us a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent producing proposals manually. With a push of a button in our sales software, we are able to create and email proposals to clients using Formstack Documents.

I use Zapier to integrate Formstack documents with Podio and InsureSign (now Formstack sign). All three applications work very well together, and I would recommend that anyone who is looking to use Formstack Documents also use Formstack Sign as well as Podio. Zapier is the intermediary software that allows you to connect these other applications.
I've had almost no service issues with Formstack Documents in almost 5 years of using the software (it was formerly Webmerge). When I have had a service issue, the support team is very helpful and responsive and usually gets back to me right away. I have not used the support team since Formstack took over Webmerge.
