Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, I have been using the Gainsight CS for more than 7 years and I love the way that they expanded the product with all the AI and stuff. Loved to be a Gainsight CS Admin.

Pros

  • JO (journey orchestrator)
  • Rules Engine

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Gainsight CS with Co-Pilot
  • I think the Cheat-Sheet has room for improvement in Gainsight CS
