Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, We are currently utilizing Gainsight CS Staircase AI for health scores and overall account management in CS.

Pros

  • Easy integrations
  • Detailed dashboards
  • helpful insights

Cons

  • Would like to have staircase add on for zoom and slack
  • Still working on adoption, so ROI is not being realized yet
The insights that it provides are very helpful when conducting calls and reporting up to leadership. Having an account snapshot with next steps and follow up email creation is very useful as well.
