Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
In our organization, I use Gainsight CS 360 to stay knowledgeable on my accounts . I monitor health for my accounts and I also log notes to ensure I am actioning client needs
Pros
- Usage tracking
- Logging of Notes
- Communicating to Leadership when we place accounts at risk
Cons
- Ai summaries
- Better explanation of usage metrics
- Recommended steps to increase usage
- Positive because without it I can’t tell how my customers are
