Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

In our organization, I use Gainsight CS 360 to stay knowledgeable on my accounts . I monitor health for my accounts and I also log notes to ensure I am actioning client needs

Pros

  • Usage tracking
  • Logging of Notes
  • Communicating to Leadership when we place accounts at risk

Cons

  • Ai summaries
  • Better explanation of usage metrics
  • Recommended steps to increase usage
  • Positive because without it I can’t tell how my customers are
I gave Gainsight CS this usability rating because, in my opinion, I Can’t work as a CSM without Gainsight CS
