We use Gainsight CS to support our Community platform. Helping us build relationships, answer questions and built a foundation of knowledge for our users.

As your product and user base scales, its hard to scale the knowledge and content for every single use-case, but Gainsight CS makes it easy for us to engage with our users and focus on what's most important.
