Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

We primarily use Gainsight CS for our CSM team to manage their book of accounts and relationships.

Pros

  • Easy Admin Interface
  • Staircase AI is fantastic
  • Health Scores

Cons

  • There are so many help articles and it hard to follow what is good and what is not. Lots of outdated content
  • Reporting made easier for individuals
  • The field configurations feel 90s
  • Visibility into automated health scores for our long tail customers
  • Journeys for us to reach out long tail cost effectively
  • Health Trend Reporting
The hardest thing is the outdated Help Articles online. Fishing through the sea of information to find the right article.
