We use it to perform continuous reach out to candidates. It helps us get higher response rates as candidates typically respond to the second or third email more often than they do the first email.
- Drip Campaigns.

- Candidate tracking.
- Added AI for candidates who are not interested.
- Ability to see where we are struggling or doing well.
- Helped retain strong talent.
The UI is way better and cleaner and the fact that you can create drip campaigns is a major game changer. The one way it could improve is to include a mass download feature so you don't have to do 1 profile at a time.
