Overall Satisfaction with Gem

I have been using Gem for prospecting at my current organization for the last 2 years now. Overall, we like the product and it has contributed immensely to our efforts of building a global remote team. We would recommend Gem to other companies as well. Pros: Options to create specific projects for hires/positions. Custom sequences with a lot of options to personalize, create drips, and custom sending time. Tracking for opens, clicks, replies, advanced reporting. Ability to parse emails from LinkedIn URLs. Cons: Inability to parse emails from the complete lists. Doesn't give many results in certain geographies. Lack of features for creating different dashboards for reporting. You can't edit a sequence mid-way after the first email is sent.

Parsing emails: We rely on a lot of outbound for hiring activity and Gem has made it easier by parsing emails of the profiles we shortlist on a daily basis to add them to a custom sequence. Tracking: Gem has also solved the issue of tracking email opens, clicks, replies, and also tagging the replies as not interested, interested, or follow up for future outreach.
