Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud (formerly PureCloud)
Genesys Cloud is being used across the whole company. It is very helpful with managing the amount of calls received per day. Personally, I love how easy is to transfer a call to a co-worker.
- Conference calls.
- Having profiles of the users.
- Transferring voicemails is easy.
- Knowing the status of a co-worker (if [they're] away or out of the office)
- Be able to use the computer keyboard when on na automated system requires you to input numbers.
- Sometimes the quality of the call is not the best; the person on the other line does not hear me.
- Out of the office messages (I don't have to be changing it every time I am out).
