Overall Satisfaction with Genesys PureCloud

We use it for scheduling multiple departments and for forecasting call volume.
  • User-friendly
  • Easy to learn
  • Handles multiple tasks within a single platform.
  • I would like to see the ability to export schedules and base schedules in Excel.
  • It has allowed us to run an efficient call center.
We have not used any other products.
It is well suited for day to day call center operation. It allows new analysts an easy to use platform to quickly take control of workforce management.
