Overall Satisfaction with Genesys PureCloud

The Genesys Cloud supports features on Jabra headsets and allows the user to seamlessly connect for fast IT deployment. Call controls are accessible through the agent/users own headset along with full integration between Jabra devices and the Genesys WebRTC client.
